Rise, Reclaim, Restore: A Series of Youth Mental Health Summits

Join us for an inspiring and empowering event dedicated to supporting the mental health of young people. At the Rise, Reclaim, Restore: Youth Mental Health Summit, LA County youth will gather together to address the mental health challenges facing each of us.

Through engaging workshops and interactive activities, we will explore strategies for self-care, coping mechanisms, and building resilience. Learning Objectives include:

It’s Real: RISING Up for Our Mental Health (Mental Health Psychoeducation)

RECLAIM: Caring for Our People & Our Spaces

Activity & Resource Fair Rotations: Connecting with Community Partners that RESTORE (Youth Activity & Local Community Partner Resource Fair)

YOUTH WHO ATTEND WILL EACH RECEIVE A $25 GIFT CARD, CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS, AND WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RAFFLE PRIZES AND OTHER FREEBIES!

This event is hosted by the LA County Office of Violence Prevention, which is housed within the LA County Department of Public Health. We are excited to partner with the City of Monterey Park to bring this summit to Teens throughout all of the East Los Angeles area.
