This workshop series asks participants to reflect on our relationship to the land as Native Women and Femmes and communicate that through the practice of screenprinting and wheat pasting. Before the first session, participants will be asked to think about patterns and symbols that are significant to their culture and relationship to the land, as well as words and phrases. These two elements will be combined to create a poster design. The last session will involve wheat pasting our posters together in a significant place/space.
By agreeing to this session you are agreeing to participate in all 3 sessions, failure to attend this first session will no longer grant you access to the other 2 sessions. The dates for this workshop are as follows
